I’m Michelle Heard, founder of MJ Heard Consulting LLC. I have over 10 years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and technology business management (TBM). I’ve supported both Fortune 500 companies and small to medium sized businesses in making smarter, data-driven decisions.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas and an MBA with a Business Analytics focus from Texas Woman’s University. My background combines the technical knowledge of accounting with the strategic insight of analytics giving me a unique ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable strategies.

Before founding MJ Heard Consulting LLC, I worked as an Senior Financial Analyst and Financial Consultant for many companies across multiple industries including UT Southwestern Medical Center, Kraft Heinz, PepsiCo, Globe Life, and Humana.
