I’m Michelle Heard, founder of MJ Heard Consulting LLC. I have over 10 years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and technology business management (TBM). I’ve supported both Fortune 500 companies and small to medium sized businesses in making smarter, data-driven decisions.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas and an MBA in Business Analytics from Texas Woman’s University. My background combines the technical knowledge of accounting with the strategic insight of analytics giving me a unique ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable strategies.

I started MJ Heard Consulting to empower business owners who want to grow but feel overwhelmed by the financial side of entrepreneurship. My mission is simple: to help you turn your numbers into insight, and your insight into action so you can lead with confidence, strengthen profitability, and build a sustainable business.

Before founding MJ Heard Consulting LLC, I worked as an Senior Financial Analyst and Financial Consultant for a wide range of companies across multiple industries including UT Southwestern Medical Center, Kraft Heinz, PepsiCo, Globe Life, and Humana.
